We approach renovation with an owner’s perspective—balancing thoughtful design, quality workmanship, durability, and long-term value. Our Summit County property demonstrates how an existing residence can be transformed into a comfortable, distinctive space that responds to both its setting and the way people want to live and stay.
Property Management
Our property-management approach is informed by decades of hands-on ownership and care across six single-family residences. Kevin brings extensive experience in home maintenance, renovation, and woodworking, along with the practical judgment to identify issues early, coordinate improvements, and care for each property as if it were his own.
